“The Art of Peace begins with you.”

Aikido of Tucson has provided the Tucson area with quality Aikido training since 1974. The current teaching staff consists of five black belts: one 4th dan, one 2nd dan, and three 1st dan, who are registered with the Aikikai Foundation, Aikido World Headquarters, Tokyo, Japan. Both open hand and weapons techniques are taught in basic Aikikai style. Students are challenged in a safe non-threatening environment suitable for the personal and physical development of both men and women. Our location provides a large, comfortable practice area. Aikido of Tucson is a non-profit dojo affiliated with Aikido Schools of Ueshiba. Please feel free to stop by the dojo to observe or ask questions of our students and instructors. All visitors are welcome to train with us.
